  • Google and other three companies have been sued for trademark infringement, based on allegedly purchasing search ads on Google. The lawsuit by filed in federal district court in Colorado by JP Enterprises, by lovecity.com, an online dating service website. What an irony, earlier this year Yahoo! decided to stop companies from buying pay-per-click ads triggered by trademarked terms.

  • Geotargeting, one of the features available in Google AdWords, is based on the IP address of your users. AdSenseAdvisor has an explanation on how the feature behaves on the content network, when viewed from other countries.
