Google Analytics Now Has a Blog

Google has released Google Analytics to the public since November 2005. Despite having problems with capacity, and problems displaying the first stats, it still survives as one of the most elegant free web analytics service out there. Today, I just found in Inside AdWords blog that they have a blog just for Google Analytics.

The first welcome message in the blog was dated June 16, so there was a few days delay for the heads up. Like other Google blogs, they are going to announce new feature on the blog, as well as spotlight helpful resources to help marketers use the product better.

If you don’t time to read the resources, subscribing to the Atom or RSS 2.0 feed of the blog can help because instead of consuming the whole content all in one go, you can read them in smaller chunks.

I mean, like the other blogs, they are certainly going to draw tips and best practices from the Help Center or other resources.

The other reason is that you need to improve your analytic skills. It is such an important ingredient in your online business venture that if you use or plan to use the product, you definitely want to deepen your understanding about the product. Frankly speaking, it is just too complex for beginners, so expect some learning curve.

I think I am going to end this. I don’t even know why I feel like to sell you to subscribe to the blog, but certainly it maybe worth it especially if you are to improve your online marketing numbers.
